PLAN YOUR VISIT


We know that what sets us apart from online retailers is the ability to see, touch and discuss furniture in person and we look forward to seeing you. To streamline your visit we recommend you:

  • Keep in mind we have recently changed our operating hours. We are now open Tuesday-Saturday each week. We are always closed Sunday and Monday.

  • Dress for the season. Our warehouse buildings can be quite cold during the winter months, so remember to layer up and bring a jacket.

  • Take measurements and bring pictures. This will help you accomplish the maximum amount in a single visit. Take measurements of rooms, doorways and your current furniture. A rough drawing can be very helpful. Take pictures from multiple angles so we can see the space you are working with and anticipate any obstacles to delivery.

  • Be patient. We are a small staff and do our best to multi-task. If you are planning to do a custom order we recommend shopping on a day where you have at least 45 minutes to make a decision as it can take a while to choose a style, layout, fabric etc.

  • Note that lead times in the furniture industry are still longer than normal but are improving. We currently have a wide variety of in-stock options in most categories.
