Founded by Bruce Cushnir in 1988, the Couch Potato is now operated by long-time employee-turned-owner, Jackson Allen.

Our goal is to offer quality, made-to-order furniture in a friendly, low pressure environment. We keep prices low all year by eliminating the high overhead of a fancy showroom, excessive advertising, and commissioned sales people.

All our products carry manufacturer's warranties against factory defects. We, along with the manufacturers, back up everything we sell. If a customer has a legitimate problem with any item purchased from us, we will do everything we can to remedy the issue.

We believe it is important to support the community that sustains us. We donate to local non-profits, schools, youth sports and events regularly.
